The restaurant has a pleasant, beautiful atmosphere. The more traditional restaurant furnishing gives the room peace and a feeling of permanence. A detail appreciated by our guests: There are large and small tables to choose from and there is plenty of space in between for privacy. Our chef Walter Feurstein describes his cooking line as "regional, down-to-earth and internationally open". For 25 years he has been cooking "for all eppas" with a regular team of 6-7 chefs and 5-6 apprentices.
