Stewart Copeland

Stewart Copeland is best known as the founder and drummer of the band "The Police". But Copeland has also made a name for himself as a composer for film music.

Under the title "Stewart Copeland lights up the Orchestra" he will tour Germany in 2019 with the Filmorchester Babelsberg and with his greatest success will also be a guest at the Elbphilharmonie. The programme is a colourful cross-section of Copeland's career: In addition to the film music, hits by "The Police" and works by Eberhard Schoener, with whom Copeland has worked intensively for a long time, must not be missing.
